These images come from my personal portfolio, the work nobody's paying me to make. An idea shows up, and most of the time it doesn't go anywhere. But every so often one won't leave me alone until I've actually shot it.

Art's never come easy to me. I'm still learning it, still trying to get sharper and find better ways to say what I mean with a camera instead of words. Every once in a while, the idea in my head, what I'm feeling, and what actually comes out in the shot all line up at the same time. That's rare. When it happens, it's the whole reason I keep doing this.
